Once we fly so high...

I just finished watched one of my fave TV serials named "They Kiss Again". Referring to its tittle, believe me people..its not a X-rated serials!

It simply a family drama about the early journey of newlyweds, Jiang Zhi Shu and wifey Yuan Xiang Qin. They know each other for 5 years before finally getting married. Zhi Shu is one cold-cool genius guy while Xiang Qin is exactly the opposite. For five years, Xiang Qin tried to win this one person although world-space gap between them. As all fairy tale end, Xiang Qin finally get the love of his life and seems to live happily ever after.

But then...we were shown in this drama that their love story is not a fairy tale. It is a real life with sad, happy, heartbreaking, painful, dissapointed moments. It really touching and heartbreaking. Yet..some of its part really encouraging. Really encouraging.

The first part that touched me is when Zhi Shu asked Xiang Qin during their flight over Guam with private small cassa-plane to stay forward. He said "Only when we fly that high, do we realise how big this world really is, and there are still many, many things left for us to do. Only after looking back on the meaning of life, do we realise we were ignorant. Place your sights further, alright?"

Yes..that's all we need. Place our sight further. Beyond the boundaries of the sky. Because our dream is really the extension of ourself. Our dream lead us the way in this life. Where to headed and what to do..And I believe in the power of dream. Dream and keep dreaming..you may get what you least expected. Just never stop dreaming

TKA is trully a MASTERPIECE. TKA is not a drama. TKA is the portrait of LIFE itself. There are moments of happiness, sadness, laughter, joy, dissapointment, loss, regret, cry, hope, sincerity, acceptance, dream and LOVE at its purest form. TKA teach me to cherish more the value of love, friendship and family. TKA helps me to keep my faith on the spirit of love, care, dream and life at the fullest in my heart. I hope that the love and spirit that TKA has brought to us also life in your heart..

Thank you late Tada sensei for creating such wonderful story. I believe it is the story of yours, but now it is our story too. Thanks director Winnie for filmin ISWAK and TKA in such an amazing way that made us really get the love message of life. To my dearest Yi Chen and Xiao Zhong, you are really XQ en ZS. You have shown us that one LOVE that we all can have en create. Xie2 ni men..

And thanks to my dearest sassy for taking the ride of TKA all this time with me. Without you, i may not able to fully understand the beauty and love of TKA. Not to mention many thanks to my dearest friend at forum indosiar (the ones call TKA, arjoe and joe's thread a home). Ada diaz, nayla, super girl, little angel, chiko, lovleaf, lovey_mys en msh byk lg lainnya. Its simply a wonderful journey together, isnt it? Spread your wings of love so wide, dear angels..

Pisang 5 dikurang 3 ala putra Papua

Kisah ini diceritakan oleh seorang peneliti dari LIPI ketika saya berkesempatan untuk mengundang beliau dalam sebuah acara diskusi mengenai Papua dan kebudayaan mereka. Sungguh banyak kisah yang beliau ceritakan sampai saya merasa sangat miskin pengetahuan mengenai saudara saya yang berada di ujung Indonesia tersebut

Diantara semua cerita itu, ada satu cerita yang sangat berkesan untuk saya. Sebuah cerita yag memperlihatkan betapa kita, terutama yang berada di daerah yang bernama Jawa, sungguh tidak tahu menahu seperti apakah orang Papua itu sebenarnya. Kita selama ini hanya hidup dalam stigma atau persepsi seperti apakah orang Papua itu.

Cerita ini terjadi di dalam sebuah kelas di pelosok Papua. Seorang guru laki-laki dari Jawa sedang memberikan pelajaran kepada murid-muridnya yang masih duduk di bangku SD. Hari ini, Pak Guru mengajarkan matematika. Di tengah pelajaran, dia bertanya kepada salah seorang muridnya

Pak Guru: "Nak... Kalau kau punya 5 pisang. Dan kemudian kau makan 3 buah. Berapa sisa pisang yang kau punya?"
Murid: "Pisangnya masak atau tidak, Bapak"

si Guru keheranan dan bertanya kembali

Pak Guru: "memangnya apa bedanya kalau pisang itu masak atau tidak?"
Murid: "kalau masak, pisangnya tentu saya makan semua, Bapak"

sebuah jawaban yang anda tidak akan anda sangka bukan? Sebuah kecerdasan alami gaya seorang murid. Dan pengaruh dari kebudayaan lokal mereka yang terbuka dan sangat menghormati alam. Sungguh kita telah sangat tidak toleran bila mengabaikan masyarakat Papua dan cara berfikir mereka. Karena mereka adalah guru terbaik mengenai alam.

CL: "Akyu penghen jadi penyanyih seperci Mulan. Cinta kemaryin
syudah nyanyi di dephan Ahmad Dhani, he had listen my voice. Katanya
Ahmad Dhani, Cinta tinggal naik panggung aja."

Wartawan:"Boleh dong penonton liat Cinta nyanyi... Siap kan ?"

CL: "Boleh... Dengerin ya..." *tarik nafas* " So why or a jump
you... Jump you go down tell a.... So why or a cat em you... Cat em
you peace and ga why gell a..."

Wartawan: *bingung* "Lagu apa itu Cinta?!"

CL: "Suwe ora jamu... Bagus kan ?" *tersenyum sumringah

Searching for Perfection

When I started working at my office now, I never guessed what my biggest weakness would be. During the interview beforehand, I told Mbak Ima - program manager- that my biggest weakness till date would be lack of patience and unable to speak loud if something happen wrong coz im much like other Javanese, tend to keep everything in the heart. That is bad enough when some conflict or misunderstanding happen. Or if I dislike other than it reflects in my behavior rather than speaking frankly about it.

well..well..time really shows everything. Apparently, I was right only on the first item. lack of patience keeps me losing focus on my job several time. I admit that I cannot focus on one job or writing for a certain period of time. I always tend to go from one page to another page without paying much attention only in one job. suck really! I thought that I am a multitasking person who cannot stay working on one job only at a moment.

But then I realize that if I keep on doing this, I will not able to finish any of my job perfectly. There will always something wrong. whether it is wrong spelling, wrong written name, even made a mistake in copy-pasting my own writing!! stupid..superly stupid..

And today..no matter how much I try to make no mistake in the letter I made, finally the mistake is there all along!!! oh God...another missing part again. Like no matter how much I try to correct everything, I always ending up in failing almost all effort. Even when mbak Wenny said its ok..NO! its not okay! I've been living with all this stupid habit of impatience and lack of details for years. I cannot live with this anymore! I have to get up! but hooooww??? What can I do to fix this one? What can I do to erase this habit? How many years more I have to spend to get the perfect note for everthing I write??

my journey to search for the perfection seems like no ending road...

Indonesian is not a Loyal IT Customer

Pelanggan Indonesia tidak bisa dikategorikan sebagai loyal customer. Dia tidak akan bersikukuh terhadap satu model atau merek tertentu. Mereka cenderung untuk melihat dan mencoba hal baru yang dianggap lebih menguntungkan mereka. Maka mereka suka untuk mencoba mengganti provider yang menyediaan tariff yang lebih murah. Bahkan, sekarang muncul tren untuk memiliki lebih dari satu hp dimana hp pertama adalah nomer yang sudah dikenal banyak orang, dan nomer lainnya berasal provider yang menyediakan tariff murah agar dia bisa melakukan komunikasi dengan lebih mudah. Maka tidak mengherankan ketika melihat pesatnya perkembangan pengguna CDMA di Indonesia.

Hal lain yang menarik adalah masalah pembangunan jaringan komunikasi di Indonesia. Dalam tender SLI beberapa waktu lalu, adalah kewajiban pemenang tender untuk menyediakan jaringan. Di akhir masa penyusunan peraturan tender, tiba2 postel dan, depkominfo merubah klausul tersebut menjadi “membangun”. Membangun jaringan adalah yang paling mahal. Jika tidak hati2, maka investasi itu akan sia-sia kalo tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Maka, pembangunan jaringan bukan sesuatu yang mudah karena hal itu terkait pula dengan asas manfaat perusahaan dan masalah kesejahteraan pengguna jasa telekomunikasi.
